The ethos of Chris and James is that if we work hard, be brave and have fun, success will follow, and to this point that has mostly been the case. The U12’s are definitely an extrordinary team where all players bring their own qualities.

U11’s – Lee
Our U11’s team is managed by Lee. Lee took the team on from formation within our academy and has led them to become a successful Mid Herts League team, showing that our model of forming teams within the academy, and pairing them with passionate and nurturing coaches, leads to teams that compete at a good standard.

U10’s – Stacey and Sammie
Our u10’s are coached by Stacey and Sammie. As one of our younger teams, there is a lot of focus on player development, which Stacey and Sammie are dedicated to. Through a variety of engaging drills and exercises, they emphasise fundamental skills such as teamwork, communication, and individual technique. Coaching the players and giving them the foundations they require to become a strong and skillful team one of their primary goals. By instilling a love for the game and encouraging a positive attitude, Stacey and Sammie are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where each player can thrive and maximize their potential.

U8 Girls – James
Starting out in the 2026-27 season, our newest team are our second all-girls team. They are another fantastic example that we are dedicated to continuing our ethos of Football For All. They’re a team of mostly local girls who may be small in stature but are huge in passion for their team and the sport. Looking forward to a fantastic journey.
